Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VPNOB processes when you visit the website, manage an account, or use subscription services, and how you can manage that data.

Account and order data

VPNOB does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required for account creation or subscription activation. The account system processes your username and login credentials to identify your account, maintain your login session, and manage your subscription.

When you place an order or contact support, the system processes your plan selection, order ID, payment status, data usage, and support ticket content to provide the service, verify charges, and handle refunds. When reporting a problem, provide only the information needed. Do not send your password, sensitive payment credentials, or a complete subscription link.

No-logs policy and operational data

VPNOB does not record which websites users visit or store browsing history, visited content, or lists of destination domains that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Account data usage is used to measure plan consumption and is not browsing history.

Connection logs are not retained persistently. Temporary operational status needed to establish connections and troubleshoot issues is processed only as needed to provide a connection or investigate a current problem, then released or cleared when that purpose ends. VPNOB does not build a connection history that can be used to trace individual browsing activity. Website analytics and account activity records are separate data categories and should not be understood as having the same retention practices.

Usage analytics and local storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and how buttons and guides are used so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics cover this website's pages and do not include content from other websites accessed through international routes.

Cookies or local storage may be used to maintain essential sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. After clearing storage, you may need to log in again or reselect preferences, and some session-dependent features may be affected. This does not automatically delete your account or orders from the server.

Payment processing and data sharing

VPNOB supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, and that provider's policies govern how its pages and services use data. VPNOB uses the order ID, payment result, and information needed to verify the transaction to confirm order status. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to customer support.

Information is used or shared only to the extent necessary to provide subscription services, handle user requests, and meet applicable legal requirements. For payment verification or dispute resolution, only information needed to handle the matter is shared. Browsing activity is not used as payment verification material.

Data retention and deletion requests

Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Support ticket data are retained while an issue is being resolved and for any necessary follow-up. Order and payment verification records are retained as required for transaction processing, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Once retention is no longer necessary, the information is deleted or processed so it cannot identify an individual. There is no single retention period beyond these purposes.

After logging in, users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data through a support ticket in the user panel. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Incomplete transactions, disputes, or records that must be retained by law may not be deletable yet; the outcome will explain why any data is retained. Deleting an account may also make subscriptions and past support tickets inaccessible.

Policy updates and contact

When this policy is updated, the revised content will be published on this page and the last-updated month at the beginning will be changed. Important changes to data use or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, publishing a page alone does not replace that consent.

To ask about data handling, make a privacy request, or check its progress, use the support ticket portal. Subscription use and refund rules are covered separately in the Terms of Service; this policy does not replace transaction terms.
