International routes and devices

Start with how you plan to use the service, then choose an exit route. Routes, encryption, devices, and billing each serve different purposes; they are not interchangeable speed guarantees.

During peak hours, compare routes first

Web pages, video playback, and file transfers after work can reveal more about route performance than daytime use. VPNOB offers IEPL, relay, and direct route options. Compare them on your usual device and network rather than judging by geographic distance alone. If performance drops, keep the current app open, try another route in the same region, and then decide whether to switch exit locations. Reliability depends on your local network, the cross-border path, and the destination service—not just the route label, which is no guarantee of speed at all hours.

Quantum encryption and everyday security

VPNOB offers quantum encryption as a connection protection feature. Connection security and account security are separate: on public networks, check the website address, protect your account password, and review authorization prompts on your device. A subscription link can be used to configure your connection, so protect it like a password. Don’t share it in public forums or paste it into unfamiliar tools. Encryption does not replace device updates, website identity checks, or account protection. Treating these as separate safeguards makes it easier to identify where a risk may arise.

Unlimited devices, configured individually

VPNOB allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Set up your work computer, mobile devices, and home devices for their respective platforms without having to coordinate sign-in order every time you switch devices. Device count and data allowance are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. When choosing a plan, consider your everyday browsing, video, and file transfer needs together. Get clients and subscription details from the user panel to avoid using configuration files from unknown sources across devices.

Keep your exit location consistent during AI sessions

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, opening the site is only the first step. Check whether sign-in, response generation, and file uploads work consistently. First confirm the region requirements of your chosen tool, then select an appropriate exit location and try to keep the route consistent throughout your session. VPNOB provides international routes for cross-border access, but availability still depends on the platform account, regional policies, and service status. If access fails, distinguish network connection issues from platform account notices before troubleshooting; repeatedly switching regions may send you in the wrong direction.

Streaming and 4K →

For streaming, check region and picture quality separately

Whether a streaming catalog appears and whether video plays smoothly are two separate things to verify. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and other platforms may show different content based on your exit region, account, and device capabilities. For 4K playback, also consider your local Wi-Fi, playback device, and how the route performs during sustained streaming. VPNOB recommends testing with a show you actually watch. Simply opening a platform’s home page is not a complete test, and no single route is guaranteed to work consistently with every platform.

7-day money-back guarantee

VPNOB offers a 7-day money-back guarantee so you can assess the service with your own devices, network, and use cases. During your trial, check your usual websites and work tools at the times you normally use them. Also see whether the client is easy to use and the data allowance fits your habits. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel and keep your order details handy. See the Terms of Service for the full rules. The refund guarantee helps reduce the cost of choosing a plan; it does not guarantee access to every website or a particular result on every device or connection.

What do route types mean?

IEPL, relay, and direct describe different connection paths. Relay routes pass through an intermediate node, while direct routes connect to an overseas node. Compare them with your local network conditions in mind. Don’t assume a route is faster based on its name alone, and don’t rule one out just because it is farther away. For everyday use, whether a route consistently gets the job done is more useful than how quickly a page opens once.

Keep conditions consistent when comparing routes

When comparing routes, use the same device, local network, and task whenever possible. For work tools, check sign-in and session continuity; for video, sustained playback; and for large files, the transfer itself. If you see similar issues across all regions, check your local network and client first. If only one website is affected, check its error message rather than mistaking an account issue for a route problem.

Route status is a reference for choosing a route, not a guarantee that a destination website will work as expected. After confirming the exit region, open your usual apps and test them. Availability on specific platforms may change with their policies and service status.

Monthly plans and data add-ons

Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data add-ons suit less predictable usage. Estimate your needs first, then choose a billing option. Price alone is not a substitute for route performance.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

60GB · Unlimited devices

A good fit for everyday browsing, messaging, and light use of online tools. If you rarely stream video or transfer files, start by checking your actual data usage before deciding whether to change plans.

  • Quantum encryption
  • 7-day money-back guarantee

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18/month

250GB · Unlimited devices

Suitable for alternating between browsing, AI tools, and video. If you use a computer and mobile devices together, consider their combined data needs instead of estimating usage for just one device.

  • Quantum encryption
  • 7-day money-back guarantee

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28/month

500GB · Unlimited devices

A good fit if video streaming and file transfers make up a larger share of your usage. The larger data allowance gives you more room to manage usage; it does not guarantee faster speeds. Check performance on your usual routes and local network.

Occasional use? Consider a data add-on

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Unlike monthly plans, which reset on your activation date, they follow a different usage schedule. First consider whether you need ongoing access, then compare the options. The right plan depends not just on the total allowance, but on whether it fits how you use the service.

Upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle and the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before paying, check the plan name, price, and data details in the user panel. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The full plans page lists prices and billing details side by side for easy comparison.

Understand the terms before choosing your data allowance

The number of routes is just a starting point when choosing a cross-border network service. Check whether the client supports your devices, whether device limits and data allowances are clearly distinguished, when monthly data resets, and where to submit a support ticket. VPNOB publishes these details on its website. Manage your account, plan, client, and support tickets through the user panel to keep everything in one place.

New to setting up a client? Start with the Guides to learn the steps, from creating an account and choosing a plan to testing your connection. If you’re already comparing route types, billing options, and device-sharing needs, read the Cross-Border Network Service Buying Guide. Clarifying what matters first is easier than repeatedly changing every setting.

Account, connection, and refund FAQs

Get the requirements, data allowances, and client access points straight first. For setup instructions and troubleshooting, visit the Help Center.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe, and avoid reusing an easy-to-guess password from another website. Use your account in the user panel to view your plan, get the client and subscription details, and manage orders and support tickets.

Creating an account and connecting are separate steps. Once you’re in the user panel, continue with setup based on your devices and data needs. A client showing that it is running does not necessarily mean the destination website is accessible.

Can I use unlimited devices and get unlimited data?

You can use unlimited devices at the same time, but data is limited by the plan you choose. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB, and data resets monthly on your activation date. Device count and data allowance are separate.

When using the same subscription on multiple devices, consider your combined needs for browsing, video, and file transfers. If your usage is irregular, compare data add-ons—which remain available until used and never expire—and choose a billing option that fits your habits.

Where can I get the client and subscription details?

After logging in, get what you need from the client section of the user panel. VPNOB supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Installation files and live subscription links are not provided on marketing pages; follow the instructions in the panel.

After setup, choose a route and test a website you use regularly. If only one app has an issue, check whether it is using the expected network route. If you need help, provide your device platform, route region, and error message. Hide your account password and subscription link before sharing screenshots.

Can I access AI tools and streaming services on every route?

Check with the platform you want to use; a route name alone can’t tell you whether it will work. AI and streaming platforms determine availability based on exit region, account status, and their own policies. A network connection does not guarantee access to every platform feature.

Check which regions the platform supports, then keep the same exit location while signing in and testing the service. For video, check sustained playback; for AI tools, test response generation and uploads. See AI Tools Access Guide for more tips. Don’t draw conclusions from simply opening the home page.

What are the refund policy and payment methods?

VPNOB offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. See the Terms of Service for refund rules. To manage an order or request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel.

During your evaluation, test your usual devices, typical usage times, and main tasks. When reporting an issue, include your order details and describe what happened and what you’ve already checked. This helps distinguish billing and configuration issues from notices shown by the destination platform.
